I stayed at the hotel for a week and was very pleased. The hotel has a helpful, friendly, and professional staff, quiet comfortable rooms, fantastic food, and a 360 view rooftop restaurant. The beautiful view and outstanding location are added benefits.I will plan on returning to Dar el Marsa on my next visit to Tunisia.

Loved the intimate boutique feel of this hotel, welcome from the owner on arrival, view of the Mediterranean Sea and contemporary interior decors. Plus, the croissants were seemed hand made, crispy and the perfect size (not too big). View from the top floor restaurant superb as was the food. Since I am not a smoker, the only negative was smoking allowed anywhere in the restaurant.

I recently booked a group of 18 at this hotel and could not have been more pleased. In fact, we were supposed to stay elsewhere but were booted out due to the Arab League's summit meeting. I used to live in La Marsa and love this location, directly across from the beach, near several good restaurants and two excellent ice cream shops. An added benefit is the local train that goes downtown Tunis with stops in Sidi Bou Said and Carthage is less than a five minute walk. Back to the hotel: the rooftop bar/restaurant has excellent food and is very reasonably priced. The rooms are luxurious and the service is what one would expect at a five star hotel. My only criticism is that the exercise facility could be improved but then you should be out walking and running on the beach! I will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Dar el Marsa hotel. We had made a booking for a week (rooms plus a conference room) for 15 people and the hospitality and arrangements were truly exceptional. Ms Fatma Aissa was our point of contact and was very responsive in catering to our requirements. The hotel and kitchen staff were able to accommodate multiple dietary requirements (on short notice), ensure we had refreshment stations in the conference rooms and also helped us with the visa process. All staff were exceptional, attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! An added bonus is the excellent location of the hotel!
